ORIENTATION SCHEDULE

Riders & Runners

We have an orientation for all first time riders and runners. At orientation you will get an idea of how the Ride & Run works, review safety and other rules of the Ride & Run, and meet other participants.

New Rider & Runner Orientations

Wednesday, April 10, 6:00-7:00pm @ Bicycle Sport Shop (517 South Lamar Blvd.)

Tuesday, April 16, 6:00-7:00pm @ Bicycle Sport Shop (517 South Lamar Blvd.)

Saturday, April 20, 11:00am-Noon @ Bicycle Sport Shop (517 South Lamar Blvd.)

Volunteer Crews

We have an orientation for all volunteer crews which will prepare you for your crew area and inform you of what needs to be done in advance.

Ride Pit Crew Orientation

Monday, April 15, 6:30-7:30pm @ Care Communities (314 E Highland Mall Blvd, First Floor Conference Room)

Logistics Orientation

Tuesday, April 16, 6:00-7:00pm (Crew will be contacted directly by Crew Captain with details.)

Registration Orientation

Andice Baptist Pit Orientation
